Dr. Mukhdip Singh, MD

I have called Oregon home for well over a decade. My journey into mental health care started in medical school and continued during my psychiatric residency training at Oregon Health and Science University. In training, I found that while medications are helpful, therapy led to transformative change. I now specialize in psychotherapy and use medication management as needed.

My primary focus is to help you better understand your life experiences, improve your day-to-day functioning, and help you develop lifelong skills to achieve your personal goals. I adopt a holistic approach, taking into account biological, psychological, and social factors that influence your mental health in an empathic and supportive environment. I can help address your anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, relational challenges, and enhance your self-esteem. Together we will work to develop skills and routines that you will continue to use even after our work together ends.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, enjoying new food, traveling, and being outside in nature for my own wellbeing.
